Delivery information

All jewellery is sent in our own 'Sonya Bennett' gift box packaging, and all orders are usually sent in 3 to 5 days. However, this may sometimes be longer for gold plated items and special requests, especially at busy times such as in the run-up to Christmas and Valentines. 

Postage for UK orders is free.

Overseas deliveries are charged at a fixed rate of £10.00 and are sent via International Tracked.

Refunds and exchanges for items purchased within the UK

If you're not completely satisfied with your jewellery we're more than happy to either refund or exchange it within seven working days of its receipt. We are unable to refund or exchange any item sent to us that has been worn or that is not sent with its original packaging.
