Ladybird On The Lawn - Ladybird pendant

Ladybird On The Lawn

Ladybird pendant

2016 is the Year of the English Garden, and what lazy summer day in the garden would be complete without picking a blade of lush grass and finding a ladybird got to it first?! Originally called Our Lady’s Bird, her seven spots were once said to symbolise the seven joys and seven sorrows of Mary, but these days her colour and happy, fleeting presence is plenty-enough for most.

Materials: solid silver with oxidised silver detail.

Dimensions: chain 18", ladybird 1cm.
