Ladybird On The Lawn - Blades of Grass Necklace

Ladybird On The Lawn

Blades of Grass Necklace

2016 is the Year of the English Garden, and what lazy summer day in the garden would be complete without picking a blade of lush grass and finding a ladybird got to it first?! Originally called Our Lady’s Bird, her seven spots were once said to symbolise the seven joys and seven sorrows of Mary, but these days her colour and happy, fleeting presence is plenty-enough for most. When we designed this range we couldn't help but think that the blades of grass on their own made quite an elegant, understated option, especially when complemented with some subtly-used gold vermeil.

Materials: Solid silver with 22ct gold plate.

Dimensions: chain 18", blades of grass 5cm long.
